    That looks like a machine specific part, most likely only available from the machine manufacturer. It is possible that a local machine shop could make one for you.

    If I had to attach a name to it, it looks to me like a custom 'lead nut.'

    It doesn't look like an 'off-the-shelf' part. Either proprietary (go to machine manufacture) or custom (go to machine shop).

    My guess is an anti-backlash lead screw nut. The two screws/bolts can be tightened to reduce slop between the nut and screw. Looks like nylon, designed for low loads and low speeds.

    Custom part, as Gary indicated. Or buy an off the shelf anti-backlash nut for that lead screw and make a bracket to attach it to the vertical axis moving part. Plenty of brass and delrin nuts similar to that on ebay and amazon.
