I was wondering if anyone has tried to cut floral foam board (e.g. https://www.oasisfloral.co.uk/oasis-...foam-df-sheets) using a laser? My wife's floristry business cuts out a lot of bespoke shapes using this type of board and doing it by hand using a hand jigsaw is both time-consuming and messy (and a little dangerous). Wondered if anyone has ever tried or has any ideas how best to cut this type of material.

I think a small cnc router would be a better fit for that. I have both router and laser and for thick foam the router is the way to go.
