Hi there ...Iam looking for a turret index switch for my cnc lathe machine but i dont know what its called or where i can buy it from ...PLZZZ help me find this switch ...below is the picture of the switch ..the machine is stopped because of this switch ...

What is the CNC controller model name, the switch has no model name on it.

It's an Alpha Rotary Switch, single pole 12 position.
Quite a few distributors carry them for a few dollars each. First hit I got was Mouser.
You may need to trim the terminals, and in fact to check the pin circle diameter as well.
