    A solide tube????
32 mm down to 21 mm is a huge reduction, and a massive waste of aluminium too. I can't imagine a tube with such a wall thickness.
    You don't mention length either.

    Cheers
    Roger

Yes a solid tube. its actually 26mms dia but needs to be 21.5 for the first 56mms. Length is 23cms. Your a bit far from NZ for such a small job Roger.

waist aluminium isnt an issue when modifying . Its not gold

I think what Rcaffin was getting at is that tubes are hollow and not solid. You probably mean you have a round bar. Cutting down a tube the amount you mention would be a huge reduction. There would in most cases be no wall left. Cutting down a piece of round bar that amount is an easy job. I would gladly cut it down for you but I'm on the other side of the world.

I have a CNC mill and lathe. The lathe is not operational yet. I recently bought a manual lathe to go along with them. I thought there was no need for a manual lathe but I think now it will be a great addition. Its a pain not having one of the two machines. I'm sure someone will pop up in your area with a lathe.
