hi mates, i have fanuc oi tf with main board A20B-8102-0010 problem 5 alarm blinking.i changed FROM card but stuck on same alarm 5 and also tried give some heat main cpu IC and clean with IP solution but unable to boot the system.is anyone faced this alarm on fanuc oi tf systems.suggest me what should else do to find malfunction area.

Your Servo CPU is bad. Problem is I believe on that controller fanuc put the servo CPU on the main board. The way to find out is look where the servo fiber optic plugs in. If it goes to a detachable board then replace that board, if it goes to the motherboard then you will have to replace that.

drdos,thanks for suggestion,the motherboard have on board optical,so i replaced motherboard and system in running state. but i want to diagnose the section from which area or component is generating this alarm.if i found post soon.
