Motherboard is dead and need to transfer settings and license

    Hi all,

Last week my shop had multiple power issues and my mobo has died as a result. I have a pi 3 that I can re-purpose for this and would like to know if it is possible to pull the license and machine settings off the old hard drive and import them. The controller itself seems to be in good shape but I have not fully tested it yet.

Would there be any incompatibility issues moving from windows to linux?
Where are the settings saved and will the program work if I just drag and drop them into place?

    Thanks,
    Paul

Which software version were you using prior the power outage? TNG?
You can just import .settings file to your new TNG folder on new PC.
