Is there an easy way to change values to three decimal places instead of two. I need better accuracy on some of my drawings. I would like this value to automatically take things to three decimal places.

Is there an easy way to change values to three decimal places instead of two. I need better accuracy on some of my drawings. I would like this value to automatically take things to three decimal places.

In the settings you can change this. Top of head says its under units.

This is found by going to the top, leftmost page.

Default will setup all “future” settings.
Current will apply to “current working doc” only

Let me know if you have trouble locating it and i can get more detailed.

This worked for me. I increased it from 5 places to six and it now shows dimensions in three decimal places. Thank you for the help.

Ahhh. "Dimensions".
There are 2 places to control your decimal value. Under units you will control data entry and dialogue displayed values.

Under "Dimensions" is a value to control the displayed value for created dims...
