    Tool unclamp fault

I am new to this forum, so please be patient with me...
We have a Daewoo mill, and were cutting out a cavity in a piece of HOTROLL
steel, made about an inch deep onan 1.5 inch deep pocket taking .0150per pass. things were going fine, and then the spindal load began to creep up. we paused the machine and fliped the inserts. when we began to cut again we received a 2015 tool unclamp fault. do any of you have any idea what we could try? we have called the service center, and they have made some suggestions but so far no soultion...

You may try a M19 to reorient the spindle.

    Start with the simple things.
Can you turn the spindle by hand?
Is the tool in spindle with the longer dog in the correct side of tool?
Can you take the tool out and then turn spindle on with out a tool?
Is the clamp detect switch activated in the ladder?
Can you clamp and unclamp the tool and see the bit change in the ladder?
These are your start points and then come back with what you are finding.
What type of controler on machine?
Model of machine will help also.
