Hello. Yes, I also thought about it. Need to prepare drawings. Bring them in such a state that it is convenient and understandable to the people to whom they fall. What format do you think drawings should be made in? .pdf?

PDF is a good choice - just about everybody can read read it with whatever device they have as-is; even on a smartphone; unlike DXF which requires an app of some sort. PDF also can handle text properly; as well as photos. However; if you are intending to have any parts cut by machine (like dust boots); also including a DXF containing just the outline of the part in question would be good. For 3D printable parts, a STL file is the standard; and if you intend for the parts to be modifiable, creating them in something free like OpenSCAD (or even Fusion360) and including the original model files would be good.

I agree with Britt, PDF is nice and universal. But posting the DXF may be OK as well. There are lots of free programs that open a DXF. If you need help with drawings etc. I'd be willing to help. Just let me know.
