Leadwell MCV-OP Fanuc OM controller. Setting up tool length and work offsets

    Hi Guys
I'm used to using HAAS mill set ups which is literally "tool offset measure" and "Origin" buttons. Very simple.
The Fanuc seems a little more involved, I'm sure the principle is the same but it looks as though I need to punch in the coordinates etc.
I hope some of you guys can give me some tips on how to "touch off" the tool and "work offsets".
In my HAAS days it was just a matter of finding the middle of the work piece then press "Origin" then find the height of the work piece for each tool and press "offset measure".
    Thanks guys
    Bart

...found a Manual for 0M Series control. Chapter 11.4 (about page 559) should explain the process.
