PSU with 2 different Output Voltages ?

I have bought a Micro-Dispensing valve for a project of mine and I`m finding their Spike and Hold Driver instructions a bit confusing as it refers to two power supplies.
The valve requires a Spike Voltage of 24vdc set for 0.3 millisecs and a Hold Voltage of 3vdc
I am hoping to use a single power supply and would greatly appreciate being shown how to incorporate components to reduce one of the psu outputs to 3vdc.
Is this feasable ? I`m such an electronics duh-brain

this is the psu I have
