Help with UB1 Spindle Control for PM 30MV

The UCCNC UB1 already have a PWM, can I use that to get 0-5VDC? Is there a way to bypass the AnaSpeed circuit? There is no AC voltage. All I have is the 24VDC and 5VDC from the UB1 and 5VDC from the spindle controller. Do I have to go DC(from spindle controller) to AC(AnaSpeed) back to DC(Lowpass Filter)?

If you supply 5V to AH1, the UB1 will output 0-5V.
There is a slight voltage drop though, so you need to provide slightly more than 5V to get a full 5V out.
You could also supply 10-12V to AH1, and adjust the PWM Max % to reduce the output to 5V, by setting it to roughly 50%.

    If I put 5VDC on AH1 won't AO1 be AC?

No, there is no AC voltage. It'll be 0-5V DC voltage.
