    Tormach Manual Oiler

    Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with swapping the manual oilers to the new type or changing to another part?

    Old type - tranpartent bowl
New type - non transparent bowl

I have they old type and have done the o-rings in it probably 5 times over the years and it is becoming more troublesome.

It just isn't sealing I think due to the amount of slop, and I finally ready to throw it against the wall!

Half tempted to try and turn up a new plunger, but thought I would ask the question if someone has moved to the newer style
or bought something commercial off the shelf.

Don't really want to go to the automatic oiler.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, also this is for the 770.

    Cheers,
    Adrian

I've had issues with mine too. I finally turned a new plunger with tighter tolerances and it works great. It has been working ever since.
