    SolidCam to Mach4 Lathe PP arc problems

    Hi,

    I got the PP I have from this thread. I only added G99 for feed per rotation. No problem there. It works. The problem occurs when the model have curvy lines which makes Mach4 crazy. Please see the attached screenshots. Generated g-code is also attached.

    All other posts without "R" works fine.

    I tried to change "Arc Center Mode" to "Absolute" and "Incremental" in Mach4 but it didn't help.

    What else can I try?

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Note: The first 2 images are from SolidCam simulator. The last image is from Mach4 when I load the generated g-code.

    I managed to get it working. Swapped G2 and G3. Also swapped arc direction.

    Yeah, it definitely works. If anyone need it, let me know. I'll share, for free of course. I'm not one of those PP sellers.
