    Hi
Who could supply a manual guide for CT 40, year of manufacture 86, with EPL 2?

I need it privately. For exercises.

Unfortunately I don’t have any manuals. But if you have questions about EPL2, I’ll be glad to help.

    Greetings

PS. I learned at CT40 ELP2. I like it more than the modern enhancements alias IP Plus…

    Operation mode manual controlling…

    Turn the diameter manually…

Setup and then measure the tool and input the X value.

    The same in Z

You can also call the parameters

    1001 is T1
    1002 is T2
    etc…

There you can enter all data like cutting angle, color for graphic etc.

Do you have CT40 at home?

Exactly, I have one since yesterday.

I bought it as a restored one and I’d like to apply it now for model making.

What do you mean? I have to calibrate a tool first! For example T1 rougher.

    I also have a borer at t2 and t3!
So how should I engage them all? Can I calibrate them among each other?

CT 40 is a good machine.

    I would start with T2 as a base tool…
    The EPL2 is actually self-explanatory…

As previously mentioned, operation mode key, then choose manual controlling, setup mode. Then there’re 2 possibilities. You can use base tool. I would rather use T2 therefore. And the others as following tools. There’re different options in the box, like keyboard 1-9…
