Hello
Have you ever seen this message on iTNC controller?
"CIRCLE END POSITION INCORRECT"
If yes, I would like to share with you my simple calculator for analyzing NC file before we send it to the machine.
You can check if your NC program has all arcs within tolerance (which is set in MP7431 parameter).
The reason to use it, is to avoid situation when machine tool will stop in least appropriate moment (like in the middle of night when there is no possibility to postprocess again with different settings)
You can use this here:
http://ncmatic.com/apps/NCArcToleranceChecker
some more description is here:
- ncmatic.com
I will be more than happy if you will give me some feedback: how it works?
If you have some problems with parsing your NC file, please let me know - I will try to adjust my applications to handle most programs for iTNC
Also if you are aware, that there are similar issues on other controllers, let me know so I will prepare similar checker for this...
