SH-403 with MSG-501. Need set zero point for X-axis.

    It seems so easy, but...
    Par 1815 bit APZ=0
Op.panel Set zero point - valid
Select MPG and axis don't moves

M31 (interlock bypass) don't executes in MDI mode

Is there anybody who can help me with a good advice?

Yes, make sure you cycled the door, then open and put in interlock release. (key switch)
If you have other APC alarms ( like magazine or APC ) those will need to be set first.
Check rapid and feedrate override is not set at 0
Setting zero return valid in the custom/operators page is all you need if everything else is ok.

Do you mean door interlock release key?
No result. Not any axis moves when I switc on Set zero point valid.
    What may it be?

Is your atc home position light on? Do you have a pallet clamp signal on? Did you open/close the door? Are there any other axis alarms?

    I have alarm 300 n-axis need zrn
I opened/closed the door : it starts hydraulic
Pallet is removed :clamp signal is off (all axis worked without problem earlier with I unclamped pallet)
ATC home position I can check tomorrow

In any case thank you for help. Maybe there will be new questions tomorrow.

Without defeating the interlock, I would not expect the axis to move if the pallet is off. You now can't command an MDI M31 because you have the fanuc alarm.

Thank you for help. I set pallet back and Set zero point works. In normal conditions you can mave any axis without pallet after M31 command. And pallet must be unclamped.
Now I have a new problem - jammed B-axis. We have SH-403 with full 4th axis. I removed belt from B-axis but can't turn it with hand. M codes for 4th axis clamp/unclamp runs without any errors. May it be jammed inside the table or any other reason?
