    NOT SQUARE

I have 2 7000 series MultiCam machines and they are both not cutting square. has anyone else had issues like this? I convinced my company to get these machines now I'm looking like a fool.

    Call Multicam.
    Did you buy them new?

I assume these machines are new and that this is a new installation. Were they adjusted when commissioned? Have they ever been square? The machine documentation should have instructions on adjusting.

    Re: NOT SQUARE

these are new machines we haven't done a lot of work in the 8 months we've had them that squareness was an issue. But we've taken on some jobs recently that requires some jigs for our metal fab guys and that's when we found out how bad it was. the tech is here today, and getting them right. Just was curious if this was an issue with MultiCam.

    Re: NOT SQUARE

It's an issue with any new machine installation, they need to be leveled and aligned when installed. That's part of the commissioning process for all new equipment, the machine manufacturer makes no difference.
