    Syncing/Squaring Gantry Mach3 Settings?

Finishing up my 4848. I am having probs with syncing/squaring up the gantry.
    A is slaved to Y.
If I don't select "Home with Slave" when homing the motors spin opposite.
When Jogging they work as expected.
Prob with Home with slave is they only use one of the two proxy switches and don't square the gantry individually.

Do I need to remove "reverse" A in homing and limits on my slave axis and reverse A wiring. What settings do I need to have set?

I am getting so much conflicting info from google search.

BTW I have edited the Ref Home script already to home Y and A together "Refcombination (10) which helped my current settings. Do I need to change this back?
    TIA

Sounds like you have your positive and negative homing setup wrong on your A axis. If your motors work fine while jogging that means the motors are wired correctly.

On your homing and limits screen look for "HOME NEG" and the settings for your Y and A axis.

Try "Home Neg" on the one that moves the wrong way?

    This is my current settings...
Both Y and Slave Y(A) are wired the same to the controller.
I originally assumed reversing it in Mach3 wouldn't present an issue down the road, I might have been wrong.

    Thanks for any help,
    Eric

Y and A should have the same "Home Negative" setting. Did you always have them different?
