Hi all,
I have a HT 2000
And problem is a very small pilot ark,
For about every 10 times I fire the torch I get maybe 5 times out of 10 that the pilot ark appears, but it varies from just about a glow in the torch to maybe 4-5mm long,
I have a new pilot ark relay fitted,
Have tested the large pilot ark resistors at back of machine.
Connected together they measured 2.3 ohm
And separately each one measured 4.2 ohm.
Routed a new pilot ark cable from machine to RHF console.
Routed a extra heavy current cable from the machine to the RHF console,
Tried a load of different gas pressure settings, low and high.
Have tried new consumables.
Also seem to have a good spark at the spark gaps, I have cleaned them and re spaced them.

I have read that there could be insufficient HF or DC power to the RHF console, but not sure where to test for this

Only other thing I see is is fault led blinking 4 times
Which states ,
High frequency was unable to ignite the pilot ark within one second
