Hi, after I changed the batteries on turrets amplifiers, both amplifiers show alarm AL-90. By the machine maintenance manual the both turrets have to be returned to origin point (tool no.1). The procedure for returning is as follows:

1) Turn off machine

2) Turn on "turret origin return switch" in electric cabinet

3) Turn on machine main switch

4) Reset emergency stop button

5) Press turret button and the turret should unclamps

6) Move by hand turret to no.1 position

7) Press again turret button and turret should clamps

.

Everything is ok, but in step 5) turret does not unclamp. I checked unclamp relays for both turrets and they don't turn on when some turret button is pressed. So, hydraulic valves are not activated.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Hi again. Finally I solved the problem. In the ladder diagram I found that turret press button will unclamp the turret if bit K000.0 is 0 instead 1 (keep relay in parameters).
Maybe someone will need it.
