Motion error 411 axis full power without motion

    Hello Forum,
I'm the new guy, I have a Vectrax mill with centroid controls MSC M-15 CPU7
today I powered up and I got the 411 error
    I got 120VDC on terminal 9 and 10
I checked all the fuses and they are okay.
All the red LED's for the axis go out when I try to jog each axis.
only the fault lED is lit

    any ideas?

    your help is appreciated.

If the green UV and USV LEDs are out, even though you have 120VDC going into the VM+ and VM- ("GND") terminals, then there is a problem on the drive board. Possibly a blown fuse on the drive board, but if that is the case, there is most likely a more serious problem behind it.

If in fact the UV and USV LEDs are lit, then the problem is more likely to be with the limit switch circuit (the 8-position plug mid-way along the front edge of the drive board).
