    Keyboard shortcuts for jog commands?

I'd like to be able to set Z0 without touching the mouse. This way one hand could hold the feeler strip while the other hand cycles through the jog commands:

    1. the tab key would open the jog window.
    2. another key would set the jog mode to step.
    3. another key would set the cycle jog step increment.

Is there a way to do this?

    Thanks,

    Charlie

Hey... Charlie you answered it your self, Now that you found tab key. set your key board in front of you as I do, and set it on 1.00 or .100 .010 .001 and hit your page down or page up if you went Z- too much, I hit the key with my left hand and I'am l sliding the block at what ever height you want to set the Z at with my right hand. SIMPLE STUFF. Charlie what are you making...

    Thanks for the responses.

9Irac9, I'm making wooden ocarinas. Now you know as much as you did before...right? It's a type of musical instrument. If you're curious, you can see some of them on the following page from my website:
