Ebay chinese laser cutter vs home built

    Hi.
I need a machine before the middle of November. That will be my first co2 laser cutter. Im thinking about ~£1800 from Ebay. I was going to build one, but Im afraid I don't have that much time. I will build a second machine definitely. Could anyone recommend a good machine from UK Ebay?
Do you think I will loose if I buy cheap chinese cutter instead of making my own?
I mostly cut acrylic up to 15mm and plywood 3mm with lots of details. For the time being Im using a cnc router for that.
    I'll appreciate any help.
