    QT15 - 20 NMI Emergency stop alarm

    Hello all ,

    Any help / advised is greatly appreciated.

    We have Mazak QT15 machine that has the above the error. Behind this we have further alarm 202 Hydraulic pressure down.

    We can clear the alarms and then run the machine only if we put some pressure into the slide way lube by manually pumping the injector.

    The machine runs for around 10 to 15 minutes and then alarms out again , this happens in cycle while using a peg.

    If we open the jaws after cycle to put a new part in , it alarms out straight away.

    Maybe check the hydraulic pressure? Filter? Low oil? Pressure switch fail?
