    fiber laser engraver newbee

I an a gunsmith in New Mexico and am researching American made laser engravers and have narrowed the search to two companies with 20 Watt galvo lasers. LaserStar in California and TYKMA Electrox sold by Inovative cutting Systems in AZ. Both are in the budget range of under 30K. Is 30 Watt that much faster and deeper?

Gunsmith. Going to deep engrave scrollwork? Or just do deep text such as NFA info?
If going to do complicated work on full slide, I’d spring for a 30 watt. I’ve a 20 and as it does most of what I want, a 30 makes it go several times faster.

Either company is good btw, I’ve a cheap Chinese

Hello, sure 30Watt will give you more choices, which will be much faster and deeper.
I am a Chinese laser equipment manufacture,I can give you more choice if you like, and no extra tariff from Mr Trump.
