Trouble with tight tolrance small hole

Im trying to hold a .03 dia. hole .07 deep to +/- .0002. Only mill I have is a .025 2 flt with .08 loc. Using a .014 step down interpolating after a .025 drill. 18k rpm feeding at 1 ipm. Cannot get the taper any better than .0005. Any ideas?

Damn, that's a tough one. Maybe spiral down, maybe 0.01/rotation?

Why in the world are you trying to mill that? Drill with a short drill and ream. Try MA Ford "True Size" reamer. I have had great luck with them.
