On the Parameters tab, left window towards the bottom. There should be a pull down menu labeled Axis Control.

On Rotary Axis Control select Axis Substitution. It gives you two choices substitute X or Y axis. If the rotational axis on the rotary is inline with the X axis on your machine choose X, if its inline with Y choose Y.

The Rotary Diameter, at the bottom, is set to the outside diameter of the part you have on the rotary. Say you want to cut a spiral groove 0.05" deep around a .75" bar mounted on the rotary. The Rotary Diameter window would have a value of 0.75. In your Linking Parameters, if the values were absolute, you would have top of stock at 0.0 and a depth of -0.05.
