centurion 4 IV periodically freaks out

Runs fine, then other times just freezes. When it freaks out, is typically hitting handwheel or jog, and the x and y axis jump, and it e-stops. Maight come back on fine after that, might just jump again.
Seems to be worse after sitting e-stopped or not, for 30-60 minutes. Ironically today, it has sat now for a few hours, and seems happy, ready to run, no jumping axis's.

Pulled apart, nd cleaned, sprayed with contact cleaner every single plug I can find in the back panel. Maybe changes, other times doesnt seem to.
Sometimes on turning main power on, the controller wont come on at all, and have to turn off and back on to even be able to reset drives and have a screen.

Id love any ideas on what is likely/possibly the root cause
