Stepper Motors not working on new Sainsmart MX3 3018

I have a new Sainsmart CNC Router 3018-MX3 assembled and Mach3 installed. Control board has a red and green lights on. The spindle motor spins when running a supplied g-code file. The stepper motors do not move in x, y or z directions. Actually there is no sound from stepper motors. The Mach3 screen does shows X, Y, & Z movements when using the jog functions. Any tips/suggestions as to how I trouble shoot this problem.

Are you running this machine off the parallel port or are you using a USB or ethernet adapter?

There may be an issue with your USB adapter, then. Which one are you using?

Did you copy a 'plugin'for your Control Board into your C:\mach3/plugin folder?

Stepper motors are now working! Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I had copied and pasted the PlugIns and Mach3Mill.xml files. But I did it again and the motors worked. Thanks again.

I have the same CNC, the MX3.
Same problem as you are having. The image inside the display on the Mach3 interface shows the milling running at normal speed. The spindle is turning at the correct RPM. But my stepper motors are clicking because they are running at micro stepping.

When I setup the software, I copied the XML file to the Mach3 folder the the BL_USB.Dll file to the plugins folder.
But I still have the same problem.

    Can you offer any suggestions?
