Looks like you need to find the USB driver and install it. Nothing in the documentation that mentions that?
A quick google bought up a post mentioning the CH340 driver. Ring a bell?

I had set up a similar 3018 machine not too long ago and that definitely looks like you are missing a CH340 driver, I would recommend checking out Techdiy's video on the 3018 cnc:

He goes through a concise rundown of all the necessary steps.

Re: need help for Connect the machine to the laptop

After looking at the photo of the board I think the board is based on the Arduino nano

The circuit diagram of the original nano uses the FT232 USB to RS232 converter IC

    FT232 driver

    https://www.ftdichip.com/Products/ICs/FT232R.htm

clones of the Arduino found on line use the CH340 which needs its own driver to be installed on the PC

    see

    https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials...40-drivers/all

Have a look at the part number on 16 pin IC near the USB connector to see if they have used
    the CH340 or FT232R
