Need opinion / advice on "loudness" of home/garage CNC shop?

Hi: I am thinking about purchasing a 5x10 CNC router (camaster or shopbot).
With spindle and a vacuum hold down.
Along with a 2hp Dust collector.

Thinking about setting this up in my house garage ( 2x4 walls and an insulted door)

I am concerned about the noise levels even with the door closed....bothering neighbors ( trying to fly under the radar with zoning as well)

(3 items) Spindle, Vacuum holddown and dust collector.
    Neighbors houses are 30' away.

Any thoughts about this and what you will be able to hear outside my garage?

Your neighbours will be able to hear each of those. If thats a problem you need to add some serous sound insulation, maybe rockwool behind perforated board on all the walls and doors and then some door seals.Which may well lead to it getting a bit warm inside.

The loudest will be the vacuum pumps, and the actual cutting noise.
With the door closed, it probably won't be very loud outside. But if your nearest neighbors have windows open, they may be able to hear it.
Depends on how much your neighbors like you.

The vacuum and dust collector can be put in a baffled box that allows airflow but limits sound transmission.

I found this example with an image search.
