emergency stop condition after E stop

    Hello guys,

Maybe someone can help me, finally I succeed to take a big order and I have the first big problem after an E stop.
The X axis is the only one with problem, if is ZY everythink works ok till I move on X.
All this time the X axis moving really really slowly, even E stop is activated

Sounds as though the controller is not seeing any feedback, or the feedback (encoder) date is wrong.
    What controller is this?
I had a similar fault on a Fanuc 0 turned out to be a motor tuning parameter had somehow changed, or got corrupted somehow.

Sometimes but rarely the small coupling between the Resolver and Servo can break. If you back off the three screws holding the resolver and LIGHTLY pull on the resolver it should not come out. But you may have re-seated the molex connector on the resolver making a better connection and now it works
