    Frequency control by frequency

    Hello
    I have an Altivar 12 2.2KW and I use the PlanetCNC CNC3 / 4 Controller USB Controller.

My card can handle the speed of my spindle by the frequency which will avoid the addition of a card to switch from PWM to 0-10V.
Is it possible with my Altivar 12 to control it by frequency?

No your VFD does not accept frequency for control and very few do

You have PWM in your programing that should output the 0-10v you need

Your VFD Drive can use Modbus or 0-5v and 0-10v to control the speed

Make sure the VFD Drive has all your spindle spec Parameters set
