Hello
My CNC lathe with Meldas 500 Control.
The first turn On in the Morning.
It always alarm as
S01 Servo alarm 003A-Z
After turn on with Emergency press down..
Then No alarm.
wait a few minute or up to 30 minute or 1 hour.
( with try On/Off many time )
Then it can turn on and ready to use.
after that. no problem whole day.
.It only happen the first power ON each day only.

If Any one can help me any suggestion. will be appreciated.

I test dis connect UVW of Z motor.
Then Turn on. Machine can READY every time.
X axis can move or HOME position .No problem.

in case it ready.
if move Z axis manually.
feel not smooth move.have some noise.
have to wait few more minute. like 10 minute.
then it will move smootly.
if meet this point.
then machine can make HOME.
and start to work. whole day.
no problem.
everting move smooth.
no any noise.

some time machine is READY.
but motor Z make noise.
like vibration. quiet lound.
but it still can move manualy
in this case have to wait more
5-10 minute. then no noise. ready to work.
