    Contact at Warp 9?

    Hello, all,

    Does anyone have any luck with contacting Warp 9 besides ordering from them?

    I have an issue with an order I placed (and received), yesterday early afternoon, but have yet to hear anything back from them. Is there a phone number where they can be contacted that I am missing on the website?

    Hi,
    there is no personal contact details published to my knowledge. Andy is the principle and only fulltime support tech.
    He is contactable via the Warp9 forum. Note that he is on holiday until 6th Jan.
