    Identification of Old Router

A friend has acquired a very well made router with steppers from the 90's.
    No manual or operating instructions.
Used in a production environment to engrave laminated plastic labels.
Out of use for more than 15 years.
Brand appears to be JIACHEN (will get country of origin on next visit).
    Has 3.5 " floppy.

When turned on, computer comes up with DOS 6.2 and steppers move.
Machine goes to home position and LCD display shows X, Y, Z at 0.00.
An executable, "Ojet.exe", may be the machine operation application.
Only problem identified is no-response from some of the membrane keys.
Reverse-engineering will replace membrane with push button matrix.

Can anyone help with accessing a handbook and operating instructions ?

Can anyone shed some light on the code shown in the attached image ?
This is the first few lines of "Square.PLT".

    Re: Identification of Old Router

The code is classic plotter file.
    PU ... Pen Up ...
    PA .. Plot Absolute ...

Code interpreter is, I guess, in controller built in router.

If I were you, I would check what kind of stepper motors/drivers are there and use the as starting point for conversion to modern system.
Eg. external motion controller, G540 stepper driver, ...

Give more details on stepper drivers....

    PS, keep wet
