Here is a 3D file drawn with Rhino. It still needs the holes.
I think Lazy CAM from ArtSoft / Mach3 can generate code from this.

Gcode v.1-3 hope this helps
I know that this might not be exactly what you're looking for *.gc1-3....but i thought it might help..I didn't have your font set, so I had to allow some substitution. I would love to tell you the easiest way to do this..but I have little time at the moment. I hope this helps. If you have any questions please email me. I had tried to attach these gc files directly but it seems to have issues with the file...I attached as a *.zip I hope this works for you
