Hello everyone. We at the Truckee Roundhouse Community Makerspace in Truckee California (North Lake Tahoe) are selling our Velox VR5050 48"x48" CNC Router.

The machine is a 48x48" CNC router manufactured in the USA in Southern California by Velox CNC. This was our shop's first CNC router in July 2016 and has been very lightly used since. The machine can cut work pieces 53"x53" max with up to 5" of vertical travel in the Z axis. The machine is outfitted with a recently replaced 3.5 HP Porter Cable 7518 router that has less than 30 hours of use. We are currently asking $6,750 USD.

Includes:
-Velox VR-5050 CNC Router Table
-Porter Cable 7518 Router (10,000 - 21,000 RPM range)
-Velox Smart Stepper Ethernet based control box (#B6J101A and #B6J102B power supply)
-Steel square tube welded custom table floor stand that supports the machine
-1/2" and 1/4" collets
-Variety of 1/2: and 1/4" bits to get you started
-Around 6 Woodpecker hold-down clamps
-Magnetic Dust Skirt
-Will include two walls and ceiling of dust/noise enclosure with plexiglass windows and access door if requested.

Does Not Include:
-Control computer or software

This machine was run off of a PC running Mach 3 and Vectric VCarve software, which is not included.

We are selling because we recently upgraded to a larger ShopBot and need to make space. While not tax-deductible, your purchase helps our non-profit community makerspace continue to operate and serve the Truckee/North Tahoe Community.
