    Help..ATC- keeps Spinning- Doesn't stop-Richmond VMC

    Friends..
    Need urgent help.Have a Richmond VMC 15year old(Taiwan make) with fanuc oimc.
    The tool changer arm keeps spinning continuously.Doesnt stop at tool changer positions. Please view the attached video.
    If the arm is operated with tool in spindle and do a tool change it stops with overload once arm goes to spindle.
    Won't be able to reset thru reset button,needs resetting pressing emergency stop.

    The frot magnetic sensors on the slotted cam are good.The contactor is always gets engaged,the relay is good. Has anyone had similar issues.
