    Step Stancil

hello friends, tell me please, what technology do you think might be suitable for milling a step stencil, the task is to mill a sheet of stainless steel 0.15 mm thick, and make a pocket 0.02 mm? On Datron m10 pro
we are trying but everything is very sad, we use oil for cooling, mill D6 R0.8, spin 15000, feed 2500...

    thank you.

Too fast (aluminium speeds), you are rubbing, not cutting.

    Try 65m/min (S3500), & feed of 0.05mm/tooth
Neat oil may also make the cutter slip, not cut
    Soluble oil @ 6-10% concentration
