Hello all. My name is Jim and I've frequented on this site for many years but this is the first time I'm posting. Hopefully I can get some help out with some issues I'm having with one of my laser machines.

The machine I'm having problems with is a Chinese laser with a 4'X8' bed and dual 100w Reci laser tubes. The machine brand is Intech.

Laser 1 has been pretty much flawless over the past 3 years I have had the machine but laser 2 has always been an issue. As of about a week ago I finally had to just stop using laser 2 until I can figure out what the issue is.

I'm cutting .25" acrylic on this machine 99% of the time.

Problem:
Laser 2 starts off cutting great for the first 30 seconds, then starts getting worse and worse over time where it won't cut through the material. After running the machine for about 3 minutes it will get to the point where the acrylic isn't cut all the way through at all.

What I have already done so far:
Replaced the power supply with a brand new one.
Replaced all the mirrors
Replaced the focus lens
Aligned the laser
Checked water fluid in the chiller (using distilled water)
Checked the connections on both the power supply and the laser tube to make sure they are secure
Checked the chiller tubes for leaks and to make sure they are giving the laser tube water
Focused the lens to the material using the ramping method.

Originally my first thought was the tube was bad before I did most of the things above but after talking with some people they highly doubted it was a bad tube. However now I'm to the point where I don't know what else it could be but a bad tube.

Please suggestions on what to do next?

Do you have mA meter?
If no, obtain one and install it in GND wire of your tube to be able to monitor current. If your current is gradually dropping, it is indication that, probably, something is wrong with your power supply.
