when using closed loop steppers the drive fault can that be wired along with the E-Stop?

Not directly. E-Stop is typically a pair of NC contacts, and drive fault is typically an open collector output.

You could wire all your drive fault outputs to a small auxiliary relay, and then wire that relay in series with the E-Stop.

I don't understand could you draw it out? Relay what one to buy?

Something like this. Pretty much any small relay SPDT relay will work, as long as it has the right coil voltage.

Thanks I understand now. Pony tail all 3 drives to relay to the e-stop button to the bob

Yep, that's it. Don't forget the diode to keep the drives safe from back EMF.
