    HITACHI SEIKI 400III SEICOS 10

    Hi!
    Machine: HITACHI SEIKI 400III, 1997, SEICOS SIGMA 10M
    I have 914 SRAM memory error.
    Here is the video. Can I replace board with SRAM or there is something else?

    I enter in BOOT MENU, choose FILE CHECK (SYS1.jpg) menu and check every file (SYS2.jpg).
    The first 7 files display with ACSII chars and with right verwion. But files from 8 till 11 displayed with non ASCII (SYS3.jpg, SYS4.jpg, SYS5.jpg)
    The text from manual:
    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++
    About the file parity information
    Parity information is embedded per unit of management in the system files whose
    file names in the Flash ROM are NC BASIC, DG SERVO, and so on.
    When they are displayed in the check screen and their names are displayed in the
    parity field with any character other than the ASCII code or "@", it is likely that the
    Flash ROM is corrupt or a corrupt file has been read. Read from the memory card
    again. Since the files such as SCOS1. 0M, CEX 2.0M, PMC-RC do not have the
    parity information per unit of management, a character other than the ASCII code
    or "@" may be displayed in the series/version number information, but this does
    not mean that those files are corrupt
    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++
    Is it meand I have corrupted files from number 8 till 11? According manual not. So as non ASCII chars are in SCOS, CEX, PMC files.

    I initialize memory according John's instruction (see attachment). The machine became half live!
    But I have no parameters 99XX for SIGMA 10.
    Are anybody have 9900 parameters for SIGMA 10?
    I can exchange for parameters SIGMA 16
