What size CF card and FAT type need?

    Hi!
HITACHI SEIKI HG400III SIGMA 10M build in 1997
I installed Memory Card (CF) in CNC slot, but CNC did not found it (Memory Card).
Then I tried to FORMAT Memory Cards using menu item "FORMAT MEMORY CARD"
But every time I did it I had got error message:
    "NMI OCCURRED. PLEASE POWER OFF."

After than I tried to do the same thing in my other 2 HITACHI SEIKI 400III with SIGMA 16 CNC build in 1998
And I had got the same message each time I tried to make FORMAT.
May be my Card not supported or I need to get some very interesting adapter?

What size in MB has to be for CF card and what FAT?

    PLEASE HELP ME!

PS: All my other FANUC16, FANUC31 and HITACHI VS40 can read/write to this Card and understand this adapter.
