My business partner and I recently purchased an older Okuma Cadet (LNC8) lathe, and are having some issues getting up and running. Lathe was functional before it was shipped, but when we powered it up for the first time (in our shop), there was a large arc, which turned out to be a chip that had fallen into the electrical cabinet. Long story short.. We replaced a burnt out power board (D11 Power Board), and the machine powers up and moves, etc.

Trouble is we're getting "Alarm 1125 VAC communication" alarm, when the spindle rotation is commanded.
The spindle begins to turn, but before it makes it a full revolution, it alarms out.

When I looked in the Alarm manual, the Alarm WAS CIRCLED! Obviously, this machine has had this happen before, and (better yet) the issue was solved!

Can anyone shed some light on this issue??
We Need to get this thing making some chips! (*If anyone know what I MEAN!??)
