My machine parts aren't to scale in simulation

I have my 5 axis stl drawings saved to my machine.

They are not the correct scale when opened up in my simulator. Way too small.

    How do I fix this

You don't say how much too small, which is really not helpful.
You may have a metric/imperial conversion problem.

    Cheers

Joakim is helping. I'm using inch, sounds like a metric code in the inch file somewhere
