I purchased this machine and have had it since Dec. It came with a usb. all the instructions show a parallel port. this controller has none. just a small pin which accepts cable from computer to controller. To the best of my knowledge, I have loaded all info for mach3 into the computer.( ports/pins) etc. Connect computer to controller and power controller. all steppers get power but will not move a millimeter. This is getting frustrating. I either do not have chinacnczone tech support address or they only only sell and not support. If anyone can help or supply email to chinacnczone tech support I will put you on my Christmas list. thank you very much

I purchased a chinese machine and I could never get the Mach3 set up and working. The instructions are not that great. I finally gave up and replaced the M3 with Centroid acorn and got the machine running. It was the best move that I have made.

Have you looked at the Mach 3 forum and see if they can help you? There are many Chinese machines out there with many people who have gotten them running. Maybe they can help you.
