Facing trouble about Diplomatic turret BSV-N-120 locking ..turret going its position but not locking. ..every things good before machine relocate ..please need help

Is the turret indexing in the correct direction e.g. going 1,2,3,4?

yes brother ...turret operate with jog mode also with mdi thru tool change command..please check the operation sequence on attach jpeg till highlighted the area turret work well after that stuck not complete the cycle my understanding that the at this point turret motor need to be start reverse direction to lock the dist but not happening..

Yes you've said that it works in jog and mdi I asked does the turret go in the correct direction ?
You said it was working one place and moved so have you checked phasing

yes turret goes in correct direction ..i already change phase to check direction...

Check diagnostics that locking sensor has released , then check relays that it's telling unit to activate locking pin . Check diagnostics that encoder is changing

1st or 2nd page I think you can press locking solenoid to confirm

there are two proximate switches one for indexing control and other for locking control ...you are saying i have to check these sensor on diagnostic parameters either that they change the bit number or not when we activate ..

Yes , plus check the encoder changes diagnostics as it moves. Check 24v supply also

dear sir yesterday i have checked all sensor and encoders and they work well..diagnostics 16 response well on every tool change..diagnostics 17 bit 1 change when encoder metal ring come under the sensor but one thing not happening ..every time when tool change command activate the diagnostics 17 bit 1 change 0 to 1 within second to complete the cycle..but this is not happening on my machine.after tool change command activate diagnostics 17 bit 1 change 0 to 1 but not back to one because encoder metal ring is not back to it actual position..what happening sir need your help..also do you know sir less Robin he is ex electrical engineer cholesterol machine tool company ..4 years ago he helped me alot to resolve my problem..

Does the plunger engage you can tell by taking the cap off , this activates 16 bit 7 and tells the turret to reverse and clamp so activating 17 bit 1

When turret gets to it's position the plunger engages and activates the 16 bit 7 this then tells motor to reverse and lock which then turns on 17 bit 1

ok yes ...the turret gets to it's position and plunger engages and activates the 16 bit 7 till now every thing is ok but some how they do not tells motor to reverse and lock which then turns on 17 bit 1...i think the diagnostics 16 bit7 avtivate but do not sending the signal for the next moment to complete the sequence.and this is what we need to find....

ok brother ..but how to i find the relay which is faulty???..i have a machine manual there are also a diagram or relay connection but i cant interpret due to lack of electronic knowledge...can you guide me?

I have checked relay and no issue...now what..some one advise me that check macro program 9000 series.. maybe macro program can be distrub...need your advice

If your turret is continually spinning I'd say your solenoid has failed.
Your machine does not use a 9000 program to control the turret

no..... sir........ turret is not continually spinning.turret follow tool number accurately ..also work in jog mode..the issue is turret not locking ..in other words motor not reverse activating to complete the tool change cycle..

turret not to reverse and not clamp so not activating diagnostics 17 bit 1..
