    firmware reset oups!!!

    Hi,
    if someone cold help me. One of my workers click firmware reset button, and after that machine stop working. We tried to install software again but we don't see machine in Windows 7.
    Please help!

    p.s.
    The machine is on USB port in computer. And machine is CNC USB controller 6040. 3 axis. i will provide you with some pictures.

    Machine/Firmware/Reset just restarted controller. Same as power off/on.
